Guilty TV Pleasures

Posted on August 27, 2007

So, time for a random, yet honest, post.

I love a lot of strange TV. there I said it. Here are some of my current favorites:

Ace of Cakes:

I love this show. I watch it every single time it is on. there is something funny and irreverent about Duff and his team. they are very …. strange … normal … funny … and they make some of the most amazing cakes I have ever seen. The artistry that goes into those cakes amazes me. What it comes down to is a show about a group of friends doing what they love and getting to hang out together. I love it!

Ice Road Truckers:

I just found this show like two weekends ago, but wow. If you can stand the language (which is all bleeped out, but you CAN read lips, I’m sure) then you’ll probably enjoy it. A bunch of people driving over a few inches of frozen tundra for a lot of money…and hoping they don’t fall in. it’s crazy and something I didn’t know even existed!

The Suite Life of Zack & Cody:

I love the disney channel. I love most of the shows, but this is my newest favorite. Well, this and Hannah Montana. maybe I’m still a kid at heart?

My girls would be in hog heaven watching The Suite Life and Hannah Montana with you! 🙂 And Scott would love the cooking show.

I’m so right there with you on Ace of Cakes. Abby told me she’d move all the way there if she could have a job in his shop. 🙂 And my secret obsession is Top Chef. Why don’t I have cable?? I got all caught up while on vacation and haven’t gotten to see it since then… but I soooo love it. Seriously. love it. ok, that’s all. shouldn’t comments be under a paragraph?! 🙂
